1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okadago website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okadago, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the okadago platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses any part of the okadago service.

okadago reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the okadago platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the okadago platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. okadago strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okadago complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okadago, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okadago or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

okadago reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okadago platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okadago Login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify okadago immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okadago reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Account registration is free of charge. okadago does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining an account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okadago are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okadago accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

Deposits are credited to your okadago account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. okadago does not accept deposits made using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• okadago reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

okadago is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues outside of okadago's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okadago may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all okadago promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.
• okadago reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okadago platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

okadago uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. okadago is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, okadago reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. okadago's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okadago platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with okadago games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the okadago platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the okadago platform.
• Accessing the okadago platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your okadago account by any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the okadago platform or the experience of other players.

okadago reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balance in the account, and to report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okadago platform — including but not limited to the okadago name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of okadago or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okadago platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okadago platform without prior written consent from okadago.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okadago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okadago platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

okadago's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the okadago platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The okadago platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okadago makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

10. Privacy & Data

okadago collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on okadago, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okadago implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okadago cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

okadago is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your okadago account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
