• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

• Fraud prevention and AML partners: Services used to screen transactions and detect suspicious activity.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active okadago account, plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud detection purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.

The okadago platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. okadago does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account.

12. Changes to This Policy

okadago reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
